 Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann is one of The Sound of Erin Radio Progams segments. It is the first program at the start of the Saturday afternoon programming. Comhaltas Plays the true and traditional music of Ireland. Who We Are
Was born in Ahasgaragh, Co. Galway. One of thirteen children, Larry started fiddle lessons at age 10. Before leaving Ireland to come to Boston, he played with many ceili bands. In Boston he was elected the first chairman of the local branch of Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann (Now one of the largest in the world). 
Sean Reynolds Was born in Boston. He is a well known fiddler and has been playing for almosttwenty - five years. His music has brought him to many parts of the world. Sean joined his father on the Sound of Erin soon after it started. He is the graduate of the teaching expertise of 10 time All Ireland champion fiddler Seamus Connolly. Sean & his brother Michael started a weekly session in Brighton Mass. and he also joins his father and brother Larry (jr) at another weekly session in Waltham Ma. Sean also plays the bodhran and is heartily welcomed wherever good Irish Traditional music is played. In addition to the large library of C.D.'s he has at the radio station, Sean has thousands of celtic recordings in his personal collection at home. Sean's wife, Sheila is from County Galway.
